I started this project by doing a series of experiments to get an idea of how your senses and mood and environment can affect your expectation of what you are about to eat. 

 

I looked at heightening one sense or environment and completely stripping away the others.

We were to consider the activity ‘Eating’ in its widest possible sense with a view to developing a particular direction to investigate.

 We would then cretate an interior design proposal that will support my particular activity within the given site.
